If the item is confirmed faulty, or we sent the wrong item, Built Savage will cover the reasonable return postage costs and work with you to arrange a suitable remedy.
We are happy to offer exchanges where stock is available. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we can arrange an alternative solution.
Sale and clearance items are subject to the same return requirements unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Items marked final sale / non-returnable cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Custom-made, personalised or specially ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address when we approve your return, which makes sure your parcel reaches the right place and can be matched to your order.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and rights relating to faulty, defective or incorrectly described products.
Built Savage reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
