Where we ship

How long it takes

Dispatch: we aim to send your order within [TO CONFIRM] working days of receiving it.

Delivery:

These are estimates from our courier, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during sales, public holidays and the Christmas period.

Tracking

Getting your address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to receive it, we can resend it, but we'll need to charge shipping again.

Missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at [TO CONFIRM] with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier.

Australian orders and duties

Australian customers may be charged GST, duties or customs fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices, and are the customer's responsibility.
