All prices are in New Zealand dollars and [TO CONFIRM] (include / exclude) GST. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
We try to keep prices and product details accurate, but mistakes happen. If we discover an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Adding something to your bag doesn't reserve it. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If an item sells out between you ordering and us packing it, we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
We accept payment by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Payment is taken at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Products are subject to availability. We may withdraw an item from sale at any time before your order is accepted.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you buy as a consumer, those rights apply regardless of anything written here.
If you are buying for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, to the extent permitted by section 43 of that Act.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements may vary slightly between garments. Sizing guidance is a guide, not a guarantee of fit.
Subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The Built Savage name, logo, designs, photographs and website content are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
